The Gammon Companies

Originally established in 1977, Gammon International is a Canadian-controlled and privately owned group of companies initially specializing in real estate investment, development, sales, and management.

Over the decades, Gammon International operated in both the U.S and Canada, acquiring investment and development properties and managing them to a successful conclusion in Washington, California and British Columbia. In 1987, Gammon made a strategic decision to concentrate its efforts in Vancouver, B.C and found itself in the city’s iconic Clock Tower Building. Gammon International quickly became known within the local real estate community as an expert in the area and expanded its services to include Commercial Sales and Leasing, Land Assembly and Property Management.

Today Gammon International stands as one of the leading real estate and property management firms serving the Greater Vancouver area and continues to actively engage in investment real estate around the Pacific Rim.
